Getting to know each other.

Our team is everything we are, so we're really careful to make sure that we're a good fit for you and vice-versa. We deliberately make the process as open and transparent as possible so you can make a confident decision.

We're looking to understand your current skills, experience and aspirations. We're also looking to see if we share the same values - to be curious, generous and ambitious.

Our experience has taught us that amazing things happen when we do.

1. Chemistry interview with a senior team member

Informal chat so that you can learn more about the company and we can get to know you.

2. Main interview

Talk through your work with a senior team member.

3. Practical work or workshop

Deliver a short task or do a workshop with some of the team.

4. Final review with a director

Final interview and discussion about the job and company with a director.

Most of the stages are video calls with some in-person meetings. Any questions, just ask.
