DrupalCon 2016

We're sponsoring DrupalCon yet again this year, but this time we’re exploring the wider impact within the industry with our ‘future of work’ approach.

We're creating an environment where people can thrive through processes like openness, autonomy, flexible working, paid sabbaticals and paid time to contribute to the community, to name a few.

We also believe that creating a diverse workplace is key to the future of work which is why, for the first time, we're sponsoring Women in Drupal.

In run-up to the event, our founder Tim Deeson has been reflecting on what we and the industry can do to better represent all communities. It’s already received great feedback - tell us what you think.

This isn't just about having our name on a banner; it's about challenging industry views in order to make real changes.
