Deeson and Shepherd Neame shortlisted for 2017 Acquia Engage Award

We’re excited to announce that Deeson has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Brand Experience category at the 2017 Acquia Engage Awards for our work with Shepherd Neame.

As Britain’s oldest brewer and the operator of a large and diverse hotel and pub estate, there was a need to reconcile a reputation based upon hundreds of years of tradition with Shepherd Neame’s status as a modern, thriving and versatile brewer and pub company. 

We worked closely with the client to record their long-term business strategy and goals in a blueprint workshop, and followed a design-led approach to develop the new site using Drupal 8. 

The result was a new site that enables Shepherd Neame to publish high-quality content and gives them increased control over the methods of display, while also making the entire content editing, governance, and publishing process more efficient.

Acquia’s Engage Awards programme showcases outstanding examples of digital experience delivery, and shines a spotlight on organisations developing ambitious projects with Acquia and Drupal. 

The list of finalists features partners and customers setting the benchmark for orchestrating the customer journey and driving the future of digital, and we’re proud to be among them.

An outside panel of experts will select the winning projects, which will announced during an award reception at Acquia Engage conference, taking place in Boston this October.
