For me colour, pattern and design are paramount to artistic expression. I trained originally in textile design and took the design skills I learned at University to found a successful career as a designer in the greeting card industry.
After moving up the career path to Product Development Manager I felt that it was time to return to my roots as an artist and three years ago began painting and exhibiting works in my free time.
I’m a keen amateur photographer which is where my creative process begins, inspired by the colour, composition and patterns that occur in nature I create pieces for the modern interior. Combining my commercial training and my love of colour I hope to bring the beauty that I see in floral images into peoples homes.
